From the mountains to the table.

The cuisine of Trentino blends Alpine tradition and Central European influences: honest, hearty dishes rooted in the land. Local ingredients, authentic flavours and mountain recipes tell a story made of seasons.

Our dough rises for 48 hours, and there are over thirty pizzas, classic and special. Gluten-free dough € 3.00.

Our philosophy.

From starters to desserts, every dish is meant to tell the story of this land with balance and imagination. Attentive, professional service makes every lunch or dinner a moment worth having in the old town of Trento.

The restaurant

Trento Cathedral.

Trento Cathedral, dedicated to Saint Vigilius, was built between the 11th and the 13th century in Romanesque-Lombard style, on the site of an earlier early-Christian church. Standing on the central Piazza Duomo, it is one of the symbols of the city. The cathedral played a key role during the Council of Trent (1545–1563). Over the centuries the building has been restored and altered, yet it still keeps much of its original structure, with its white stone façade and its great rose window.
