Ristorante Al Duomo Book

A restaurant facing the cathedral.

Ristorante Al Duomo stands at Via Giuseppe Verdi 77, on the corner of Piazza Duomo, in the old town of Trento. The outdoor tables look at the Romanesque façade of San Vigilio Cathedral; inside, the dining room welcomes those looking for a quick lunch between two visits, an unhurried dinner or an evening at the pizzeria.

Two souls in one kitchen.

Two souls live in this kitchen. On one side the tradition of Trentino — canederli, strangolapreti, carne salada, goulash, potato tortel, Storo polenta — served all year round and not only during the Christmas market season. On the other, everyday Italian cooking: homemade pasta, seafood, grilled meat and more than thirty pizzas.

A menu for everyone.

Our menu is written in Italian, English and German, because those who sit here often come from far away: the square is where everyone visiting Trento ends up, and the menu has to be readable by all. For the same reason, on this website the whole menu can be read in full, with up-to-date prices and allergen codes dish by dish.
